Each Working Group will meet regularly over the course of the summer and will have limited seats available. If you are selected to get a seat in a Working Group, the expectation is that you will participate in all sessions of the working group (unless you have an unexpected emergency). Selection will be based on your AAG membership status, your research needs, and time of registration. Working Groups are each led by two graduate student leaders inviting other graduate students interested to discuss or work through a certain topic and develop a peer-mentoring group.

Situating Your Research and Ethics Beyond Academia
This working group focuses on supporting graduate students in situating themselves and their research within non-academic communities. Encouraging participants to take a nuanced approach to ethics, it will also explore how they can produce research which is accessible and accountable to the communities which contribute towards and are impacted by it.
