Eva ReidEva Reid, Eva Reid Consulting, LLC

Eva Reid is the Data Manager for the health department of a local government organization in the DC metro area. She also runs her own consulting business representing women in tech and other fields where women are underrepresented. Eva is also an author of a number of articles on technology and professional development in technology. Her work has recently appeared on Technical.ly and in Directions Magazine.


Eligibility and capacity

We will select up to 20 recent graduates (prioritized), graduate students, and undergraduate students to participate in this workshop. Selection will be based on your AAG membership status, your career needs, and time of registration. If you are selected, we will notify you ahead of the workshop and provide you all the workshop details and session links. If you are selected, the expectation is that you will participate in all sessions of the workshop.


Audience

This workshop is relevant to all types of participants, but the participants who are pre/early career will gain the most benefit from the workshop. We expect these would be geography students within six months to a year of graduation or are relatively recent graduates of undergraduate or graduate programs.
