Kathleen M. Baker is Acting Chair and Professor at the Department of Geography, Environment, and Tourism at Western Michigan University, winners of the 2019 AAG Award for Master’s Program Excellence. Her research combines geographic methods for spatial and temporal analysis with field-based research in the physical sciences such as geology, soil science, meteorology and climatology, and plant pathology.

Alec Brownlow is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Geography at DePaul University, winners of the 2016 inaugural AAG Award for Bachelor’s Program Excellence. His research explores a variety of political and social geographies of fear, safety, and security in the urban landscape.

Mark Guizlo is Professor at the Department of Geography and Geospatial Technology at Lakeland Community College, winners of the 2020 AAG Award for Associates Program Excellence. His research interests include geospatial sciences, geographic education, and rural and agricultural land use.

Nancy Hoalst Pullen is Professor of Geography and Geospatial Sciences at the Department of Geography and Anthropology at Kennesaw State University, winners of the 2021 AAG Award for Bachelor’s Program Excellence. Dr. Hoalst-Pullen is a co-author of the National Geographic Atlas of Beer.
