Key things you’ll learn:

  • Recognize risk factors and warning signs for conditions like depression, anxiety, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
  • Learn a five-step action plan to help someone through a mental health challenge and if needed connect to professional help.

This course provides a 3-year certification.
