How to present your project
In addition to the submission form, your project must have the following elements:
At least one original map as a centerpiece

Maps may be digital (e.g., GIS maps) or hand drawn but must be legible. Remember, this map may be displayed on the MyCOE Web site and/or presented at international meetings.

You may submit more than one map, but you must include at least one map.
A two– to three–page written description of your project, including:

Background on the geography of the area being studied
-
A summary of your work
-
If you used a mentor, please note the name of your mentor or mentors in your submission.
A list of proposed actions or solutions for your community.
A statement that describes the impact your project might have. Your statement should answer the following questions:

How would you like your MyCOE project to make a difference in your community?

Have you shared the results of your MyCOE project locally such as with the newspaper, city government, or community leaders? If so, how?

Have you already seen any effect on your community as a result of your MyCOE project? If so, please describe.

How has your MyCOE project affected you personally?

Please be sure to include the name, address, telephone number, and/or e–mail address of each participant.
