DNA illustrationThe International Society for Urban Health and the American Association of Geographers are pleased to announce a joint international symposium on Geography and Urban Health, to foster inter-disciplinary and international collaborations in team science, geodesign for healthy urban environments, GIScience advances in health research and technology transfer, and geographic or biomedical research which addresses global health needs.

Sessions for the Joint ISUH and AAG Symposium will be held on Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2. We seek to bring together national and international scholars, practitioners, and policy makers from different specialties, institutions, sectors, and continents to share ideas, findings, methodologies, and technologies, and to establish, and strengthen personal connections, communication channels, and research collaborations and networks.

Registration in either conference allows access to BOTH conferences (AAG and ISUH) as well as the joint plenary.
