The User/Historical Data Working Group, formerly the Historical Data Working Group, of the FGDC Coordination Group would like to share an overview and future plans with the members and friends of the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC). Among their various new activities is a listserv for those interested in discussing the issues facing users of geospatial data created or used by the Federal Government. Focusing on the areas of preservation, education and outreach, they are looking for those interested in joining these exciting missions.
