The AAG often receives requests from individuals, geography departments, and university administrators for up-to-date data related to the discipline of geography. Given the ever evolving and growing nature of our discipline, maintaining one source of data is tricky and time-consuming and is attended by myriad caveats. However, the need for such information is clear and inarguable.

On these pages we have gathered data related to geographers and geography from a variety of sources, including our own membership database, information we gather from individual geography departments, data collected through AAG supplemental surveys, and data collected by third party surveys and research.
