On-Site Media Registration
We are no longer accepting Media Registration Forms via email; however, media can register in person at the on-site Registration and Customer Service desks. Just bring a completed media registration form with you and present your credentials. We accept the following credentials:
- Business card or press card indicating media affiliation and position
- Bylined article written within the last two years
- Letter of introduction or assignment from an editor of a recognized media organization
- Current membership card from NASW, CSWA, ISWA, or SEJ
The AAG Registration Desk and Customer Service desks will be located in the Second Floor Lobby of the New York Hilton (1335 Avenue of the Americas). Registration will be open during the following hours:

| Tuesday, February 28 | 7:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. |
Media Passes
Media passes to AAG conferences and events may be made available to accredited professionals working for general and scientific media organizations. Freelance writers working on assignment or with the appropriate credentials may also be eligible.
Presenters may not use a media pass to present at the AAG Annual Meeting. All presenters must pay the appropriate registration fee in order to present a paper or poster. Read registration information.
Credentials
Media professionals with one or more of the following credentials are eligible for a media pass:
- Business card or press card indicating media affiliation and position
- Bylined article written within the last two years
- Letter of introduction or assignment from an editor of a recognized media organization
- Current membership card from NASW, CSWA, ISWA, or SEJ
Media passes are not mailed and should be picked up at the on-site registration desk. Please present a valid photo identification card to receive your pass. You may need to present your media credentials if they were not provided in advance.
