The Chemical & Engineering News piece, "Bridging Cultures," by Linda Wang of the American Cemical Society details events at the recent AAAS Science and Human Rights Coalition Meeting in Washington, DC, which focused on interactions between scientists and indigenous communities. Among those in attendance, AAG Executive Director Doug Richardson is quoted, "One of the advantages of this coalition is that we can share information and knowledge about how we can each be helpful in supporting human rights and also make our expertise available to those who are having their human rights infringed upon."
