AAG Honors Nominations Due June 30

The AAG Honors Committee invites nominations for AAG Honors to be conferred in 2014. Up to eight (8) AAG Honors are awarded in recognition of outstanding contributions to the advancement or welfare of the profession in several categories: Lifetime Achievement Honors, Distinguished Scholarship Honors, Distinguished Teaching Honors, Ronald F. Abler Distinguished Service Honors, Gilbert Grosvenor Honorsfor Geography Education, and Gilbert F. White Distinguished Public Service Honors. AAG Publication Award and AAG Media Achievement Awards are also chosen by the AAG Honors Committee.
The deadline for nominations is June 30, 2013. Please submit a nominating letter and the candidate’s CV to grantsawards@aag.org. Digital submissions are preferred.
