Spotlight profile: Antoinette WinklerPrins, Johns Hopkins University

Antoinette WinklerPrins will join Johns Hopkins University as the new director of Environmental Studies Programs, starting July 1, 2013. She holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and she taught geography and environmental sciences as an associate professor at Michigan State University from 2000-2013.
In an interview from Johns Hopkins Environmental News, Dr. WinklerPrins discusses her plans for her new position as well as her geography fieldwork experiences and her role as a program officer in the Geography and Spatial Sciences program of the National Science Foundation.
