Poverty Reduction: A Suggestion for Reducing Poverty

Despite decades of well intentioned initiatives, poverty in many regions of the world has grown more and more serious. Two students from Ankara, Turkey, created a world map of poverty levels and studied factors that contribute to poverty in their country. They recommend a number of proposals to reduce poverty, including establishment of vocational training centers, reduction of work hours to meet an 8-hour per day schedule, and free health care.
