Objective: This project aims to identify and locate a highly detailed level of plant biodiversity within a protected area in order to promote a knowledge-based forest management plan to be adopted by the local community. A major goal of the project is to build significant student capacity in techniques and knowledge and to provide professional development experiences that are hands-on and community-integrated.
