For Decisionmakers

A geographic perspective on sustainable development can help change the way we see the world.  My Community, Our Earth conducts initiatives that directly engage students and educators internationally with non-governmental organizations, public agencies, and private sector efforts.

Through these activities, the program provides an opportunity for policy makers, professionals, and the public to learn innovative ways to address local issues of sustainability. Youth-led projects can offer local, regional, and national environmental decisionmakers new insights about real issues confronting society.
