Describe your collaboration process. I teach there for two days a week each for 3 hours. Celebrated GIS day and workshops enabling them to use GIS in their studies.

Describe the tasks you assisted your collaborator with.We focus on

1. What GIS is
2. How we can utilize this amazing technology in our studies
3. How we can adopt GIS as future technology

By performing usage of gis using gis explorer. Collecting data using survey 123, tracking data using connect, managing data using geodatabases, performing analysis on the bases of project needs and finally how to build story map, jpeg or application to make your final product in presentable way.

What available resources, if any, did you use or help your collaborator use to implement GIS in K-12 education? Dean Angelides, Charlis Convis, Steve Beckwett, Joseph Kerski, Sirisha and Miriam are basically ESRI persons and personal my teachers in GIS who are helping me to conduct such event.

Did you develop any new educational material or GIS activities through your collaboration? In last few months before lock down I conduct more than 20 workshops training in almost each part of the country. I used the material provided by said above personals. I also produce some material in local language.

What did you gain from the experience? What do you think your educator collaborator and/or the students gained? I was shocked that almost 90% of the students at events dont know what GIS is. Almost 65% of the faculty at events don't the name of this amazing technology. After introductory training, Got great response from not only attendees but from other education institutions welcoming us to conduct such workshops. I believe that GIS is hidden treasure for the communities, educationists and organizations here, only need is to enable them how to know, use and engage GIS in their fields.
