AAG Archives

The Archives of the AAG are held at the Geography and Map Division of the Library of Congress in Washington, DC. During 2016-2017 they are being fully digitized, after which the catalog will be available for browsing.

Data contained in the archives includes:

  • Full set of AAG Council reports and minutes
  • Records of past AAG Annual Meetings
  • Back copies of AAG journals
  • Back copies of AAG Newsletters

Geographers on Film

The Geographers on Film series is a collection of interviews conducted with hundreds of geographers since August 1970 including scholars who have shaped the discipline. The AAG and the Library of Congress will soon make this entire collection available online for downloading by geographers, educators and the general public.
