AAG Annual Meeting Registration

Registration for the 2014 Tampa Meeting is now closed.

The 2015 AAG Annual Meeting will take place in Chicago, IL at the Hyatt Regency, April 21-25, 2015. Check back soon for more details.

 


Fees

All participants, except non-attending co-authors, must pay the appropriate registration fee before submitting an abstract. Annual Meeting registration fees may be paid online.  The registration fee includes access to the meeting for either the whole conference, or one day, and access to the online program of events, as well as the mobile app.  Printed programs are now only available for purchase. Please place your order when you register. If you are already registered, you may purchase a copy HERE

We have extended early bird registration and abstract submission deadlines to Tuesday, Dec. 10, to accomodate those presenters who were unable to make the Dec. 3 deadline.

* The AAG offers a reduced registration fee for our annual meeting to members who are unemployed or underemployed, with annual incomes less than $25,000. 

** Those registering under the companion/spouse category may not present a paper or participate as a panelist or session organizer, and must mail or fax a registration form

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, send an email stating your intent to cancel to meeting@aag.org.
You must mention if you are part of any sessions, and indicate your intent to withdraw as well.

    • Requests received by December 10, 2013 will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
    • Requests received by February 25, 2014 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Requests received by March 25, 2014 will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
    • Requests received after March 25, 2014 cannot be processed. 

Developing Regions Membership Program

The AAG has long advocated interacting with and providing support to geographers and other colleagues from developing regions of the world. In this spirit we have established the Developing Regions Membership Program, through which eligible professionals may join the AAG for the deeply discounted rate of $20 per year.
