Host a Group Event

All groups wishing to hold meetings, receptions, or special events in conjunction with the AAG 2012 Annual Meeting should complete a Group Event Request Form and submit it to Carolyn Rozell.

Submission Deadline - December 1, 2011

Submissions after this date, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

• The contact person listed on the form will be notified by the AAG of the date, time, and location of the event. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date.
• Each group will be reponsible for all fees for its event, including food, beverages, labor, audio/visual services, and decorations.
• Space available at the Hilton New York or Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers.
• Space is available February 22, 8:00 am through February 28, 5:00 pm.
