Host a Group Event

All groups wishing to hold meetings, receptions, or special events in conjunction with the AAG 2013 Annual Meeting should complete a Group Event Request Form and submit it to Carolyn Rozell.

 

 

Submission Deadline - Januray 15, 2013

Submissions after this date, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

  • The contact person listed on the form will be notified by the AAG of the date, time, and location of the event. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date.
  • Each group will be reponsible for all fees for its event, including food, beverages, labor, audio/visual services, and decorations.
  • Space is available at the Westin Bonaventure, the Marriott Los Angeles Downtown, or the Millennium Biltmore.
  • Space is available April 7, 8:00 am through April 13, 5:00 pm.
  • Room assignments will be sent with 2-3 weeks after the submission deadline.
