Sponsorship Information

The AAG Annual Meeting provides a dynamic forum for industry leaders to showcase recent publications and new geographic technologies. All sponsors are acknowledged on the AAG website, in the printed program, in the meeting mobile app, on plenary slides and on signage at the meeting. Sponsorship Opportunities

Reusable Water Bottles and Water Stations - $15,000 - SOLD!
Keep our meeting green by sponsoring eco-friendly reusable water bottles that will be distributed to attendees with your company logo! If available, this sponsorship also includes your logo on water coolers located throughout the meeting venues.

Floor Stickers - $1,000 for exhibitors, $3000 for groups not exhibiting (10 stickers)
The floor sticker arrows directing attendees to the exhibit hall this year could not be missed! You can have your organization’s logo on these stickers directing attendees to your booth. If you’re not exhibiting, these can advertise your group however you like (AAG must approve art first)

Social Media Station - $5,000
This large display will provide a charging station with various outlet adapters for attendees to charge their mobile device, as well as two large flat screens displaying the latest AAG social networking chatter (e.g, Twitter and Facebook).

Annual Meeting Mobile App (Exclusive Sponsorship) - SOLD!
Splash Page $5,000, “My Schedule” Page $5,000, or both for $8,000.
You can customize the splash page (page that is viewed each time the app is opened) and/or have your logo watermarked on the “My Schedule” portion of the app.

Conference Volunteer Shirts - $5,000 - SOLD!
Have your name and/or logo on the Conference Volunteer shirts. Conference Volunteers are stationed throughout conference meeting rooms, the exhibit hall, and other high traffic conference areas for the entire meeting and cannot be missed!

Official Conference Totebags - $6,000 - SOLD!
All attendees will receive bags with your organization’s name and/or logo.

Attendee Badge Lanyards - $6,000
Your organization name and/or logo will be printed on all badge lanyards.

Meeting Social Event Napkins - $1,000
Your organization name and/or logo will be printed on all cocktail napkins distributed at meeting-wide social events to include the Exhibit Hall Happy Hours and International Reception.

Directional Signage - $5,000
Advertise with company graphics and logos on five AAG directional signs. These signs measure 1 meter wide x 3 meters tall. Sponsors have the entire back side for their graphics, with their logo and booth # displayed on the front side with the directional information.

Hallway Bench Advertising - $1,500
Place your advertisement behind benches in the convention center hallway. This advertisement is 3’ tall by 4’ wide.

“You Are Here” Locator - $3,500 each
Located at high traffic areas throughout the Convention Center, these displays provide a quick view of the conference center layout and identify locations of various services. As a sponsor, your custom graphics are on the lower display panel (approx. 3’ x 8’) and backlit to increase visibility. Three locators available per Annual Meeting.

Breakfast Symposium - $10,000 each session
Note: breakfast symposia are not part of the Annual Meeting educational programming presented by AAG

The symposium can be as long or as short as you choose within the time-frame provided. You have complete control over the speaker and educational content. A content topic must be listed on the application. AAG reserves the right to not accept a symposium topic if it is determined to be not in alignment with AAG's vision, mission, and strategic goals. These symposia cannot conflict with any official AAG functions or sessions. All sponsor marketing planned during the symposia must be approved by AAG. This includes, but is not limited to, invitations, announcements, and mailers. Pricing includes:

  • Pre-registration list of conference attendees (mailing address only)
  • Listing of symposium title, faculty, location, and sponsoring company with 150-word description in the conference program, website, and app
  • An email from AAG on behalf of each Symposium sponsor, which may include a link that recipients can click on to opt-in to receiving additional sponsor emails
  • Convention center room rental, lectern, microphone, projector screen, laptop computer and laptop
  • 6’ desk with 2 chairs outside of meeting room

This fee DOES NOT include catering costs, additional A/V, educational content, faculty management, fees/honorarium, travel, or presentation materials/hand-outs.

Focus Groups - $5,000 each
Reach out to AAG attendees through market research focus groups. Attendees are rich sources of knowledge and ideas for your product marketing and development. Pricing includes:

  • Pre-registration list of conference attendees (mailing address only)
  • One general email to all AAG attendees detailing the available focus groups with company hyperlink to dedicated website.
  • Meeting room rental

Platinum Sponsor - $10,000

  • Two 10x10 exhibit booths
  • Eight additional complimentary full conference registrations
  • Tote-bag insert
  • Pre-show attendee list (mailing addresses only)
  • One-page ad in meeting program
  • Meeting mobile app banner ad
  • AAG website ad for three months

Gold Sponsor - $5,000

  • One 10x10 exhibit booth
  • Four additional complimentary full conference registrations

Silver Sponsor - $3,000

  • One 10x10 exhibit booth
  • Two additional complimentary full conference registrations

Session Sponsorships

Session Sponsors will be verbally acknowledged by the session organizer at the start of the sponsored session and will receive text listing acknowledgement in the Annual Meeting Printed Program, Meeting Mobile App and AAG website. To request a Dedicated or Regular Session time slot, please contact Oscar Larson at meeting@aag.org.

Dedicated Session Sponsorship - $1,500
Sponsor a session that does not compete with regular scheduled sessions by choosing this opportunity. Dedicated sessions are typically held during lunch, or at the end of each day.
Regular Session Sponsorship - $500
Sponsor a session during the AAG meeting - these sessions occur during the standard session time slots and are considered part of the conference program.

Sponsored Workshops

Workshops organized by AAG members for the benefit of AAG meeting attendees may be organized at no cost. Groups seeking to sponsor a workshop for meeting attendees are more than welcome to do so at the following rates:

Half Day Workshop Sponsorship - $2,500
Full Day Workshop Sponsorship - $5,000

Host a half-day or full-day workshop to introduce your product or service to AAG attendees on a relevant topic. Any costs associated with speakers, food and beverage, and audiovisual equipment are the responsibility of the host company. The host is also responsible for onsite registration and logistics. This is a premier opportunity to have dedicated and focused time with the AAG attendees.
