Attendee Badge Lanyards - $10,000

Your company name and/or logo will be printed on all badge lanyards. The sponsoring company will also receive the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor.

Official Conference Totebags - $7,500

All attendees will receive bags with your company’s name and/or logo. This sponsoring company will also receive the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor.

Geography Bowl - $6,000

Your company will have its name prominently displayed in the rooms and area where this event will take place. The sponsoring company will also receive the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor.

Floor Stickers - $5,000

Place your company logo or customized graphic on large carpet signs in the conference meeting room areas and exhibit hall. The sponsoring company will also receive the benefits of a Gold Sponsor.

“You are Here” Locator Display - $3,000 each

Your choice of location at the conference hotel, these large displays will provide a quick view of the Annual Meeting area layout.  As a sponsor, you can customize your graphics on the lower part of the display panel. The sponsoring company will also receive the benefits of a Silver Sponsor.

Coffee Break - $5,000

Your company name will be prominently displayed in the area where the coffee break will take place. The sponsoring company will also receive the benefits of a Gold Sponsor.

Session Sponsorship

Session Sponsors will receive verbal acknowledgement by the session organizer at the start of the sponsored session and text listing acknowledgement in the onsite program and AAG website.

Dedicated Session Sponsorship - $1,500

Sponsor a session that does not compete with regular scheduled sessions by choosing this opportunity. Dedicated sessions are typically held during lunch, or at the end of each day. (To request a Dedicated Session time slot, email meeting@aag.org)

Regular Session Sponsorship - $500
Sponsor a session during the AAG meeting - these sessions occur during the standard session time slots and are considered part of the AAG 2014 program. (To request a Regular Session time slot, email meeting@aag.org)

Exhibit Booth Add-Ons

Your company has the opportunity to host refreshments at your booth at any time during the meeting. Some suggestions are below. All food and beverage must be ordered through the hotel. Prices listed are approximate. All companies serving refreshments in their booth will receive company text listing recognition on onsite sponsor signage and in the meeting program.   • 75 individually bottled domestic beers - $700
  • Wine – $35/bottle
  • Domestic and Imported Cheese Display for 50 people (a selection of international and fine domestic cheese, served with French bread and lavosh) - $600
  • Mediterranean Reception Display for 30 people (red pepper hummus, grilled flat bread, feta cheese, kalamata olives, grilled eggplant, pepperoncinis, tabouleh wheat salad, yogurt and mint, grape leafs stuffed with lentils and rice puree) - $200
  • Tuscan Reception Display for 30 people (rustic Tuscan breads, marinated 7 olive relish, fire roasted red peppers marinated in virgin olive oil, burrata mozzarella, handpicked basil leaves, deconstructed niçoise salad - $200

Advertising Opportunities

Annual Meeting Program - $750 (full page)

Advertise in the AAG 2014 Program to reach close to 8,000 geographers in academia, business, government and technology. Each meeting attendee will receive a copy of the Program. Many individuals keep the program as a permanent reference tool.

CD of Abstracts - $1,000

AAG also has advertising opportunities in the CD of Abstracts. Approximately 1,000 CDs are produced.

Tote Bag Inserts - $500
Advertise with a piece of your choice in the AAG Meeting tote bags that all attendees receive upon check-in in Los Angeles. All inserts must be a flat piece, no larger than 8.5” by 11”.
