AIR TRAVEL DISCOUNTS – UNITED AIRLINES
United Airlines is the “Official Carrier” of the AAG 2007 Annual Meeting. Call United Airlines’ MeetingsPlus Reservation Center at 1-800-521-4041 for reservations, schedule and ticketing information. Domestic travelers are asked to press #1 at the first main menu and International Travelers should press #2. Make sure you refer to Meeting ID Code 565OC. Dedicated reservation agents are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (EST). Reservations cannot be made online.
Domestic Travelers
United Airlines is offering special discounts for AAG 2007 Annual Meeting attendees. If you or your travel agent call United Airlines’ MeetingPlus Reservation Center toll-free at 1-800-521-4041 to book your reservations (press #1 at first menu), you will receive a 2% discount off the lowest applicable discount fare or a 10% discount off full coach fares, with no advance purchase. An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 30 days in advance of your travel date. Additional discounts are also available with “area fare pricing” (discounts determined by geographic location). The United representative you speak with when you call United Airlines’ Meeting Plus Reservation Center can provide additional information. Discounts apply to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED by United, or United code share flights. Areas include: all 50 US States, Canada, San Juan and St. Thomas.
International Travelers
United Airlines is offering special discounts for AAG 2007 Annual Meeting attendees. If you or your travel agent call United Airlines’ Meeting Plus Reservation Center toll-free at 1-800-521-4041 to book your reservations (press #2 at first menu), you will receive a 2% discount off the lowest applicable discount roundtrip fare (excluding First Class) or a 10% discount off full coach fares (with no advance purchase). An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 30 days in advance of your travel date. Areas include: Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, Caribbean and Mexico.
AMTRAK
Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to San
Francisco, CA between April 14, 2007 and April 24, 2007. Fare is valid
on
Amtrak Regional and Acela service for all departures seven days a week,
except for holiday blackouts. Convention fares cannot be booked via the
internet.
