Fees

All participants, except non-attending co-authors, must pay the appropriate participation fee before submitting an abstract. Annual meeting registration fees may be paid online.

Those registering under the spouse category may not present, and must submit a paper form

Registration Cancellation Refund Policy:

All requests must be in writing and received by the stated deadlines. Requests received through January, 26 2005 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests received after January 26, 2005 will incur a $70 cancellation fee. Requests received after March, 16 2005 cannot be processed.
