NON-SMOKING POLICY

The AAG maintains a non-smoking policy in all meeting rooms, the exhibit area, and the registration area. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas of the hotels.

ALCOHOL

The AAG expects all attendees to act responsibly when consuming alcoholic beverages. Consumption of alcohol by those under the age of 21 is prohibited.

ACCESSIBILITY

In support of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the AAG and its contracted facilities will accommodate reasonable requests for accessibility to the extent possible. Individuals requiring special accommodations are asked to make their specific needs known to the AAG and its contracted facilities at least one month prior to the meeting.  PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Professional ideas and information are ex-changed most effectively at the AAG’s annual meeting in an atmosphere free of abuse or harassment and characterized by courtesy and respect. To that end, the AAG expects all individuals who attend to conduct themselves in a manner that establishes an atmosphere free from discriminatory practices.

CHILD CARE

AAG will reimburse registered attendees for necessary child care expenses incurred at the meeting at the rate of $10 per hour for a maximum of 30 hours. Reimbursement forms will be available on-site and below, and a check will be sent to the attendee after receipts have been furnished along with the reimbursement form. All child care arrangements should be made by the individual attendee. Childcare agency recommendations may be obtained from the Chicago Convention & Visitors Bureau (www.chicagocvb.com). AAG does not endorse, recommend or promote any one agency. Responsibility for selection and investigation of an agency’s credentials is the sole responsibility of the child’s parent or guardian.

Group Event Information

All groups wishing to hold special meetings or receptions in conjunction with the AAG 2006 Annual Meeting should complete the AAG Group Event Information Form. Once the form has been returned, the contact person listed on the form will be contacted by the AAG 2006 Conference Manager.
