Organize a Session
Online Registration Opens
Monday, August 10, 2009
Anyone may organize sessions at the AAG Annual Meeting. Before you submit an organized session, you should:
- Review the guidelines on organized sessions and abstracts.
- Register online to attend the annual meeting. You will need your AAG ID to register online. If you need an AAG ID, get one here.
- Once you are ready to submit your organized session:
- Log-in to the AAG site using your AAG ID.
- Click the “Submit/Edit Abstracts & Sessions for 2008 Annual Meeting” link.
- Click on the “New Session” button and follow the directions to complete the online form.
You will receive an e-mail message to confirm your session was submitted.
Optional
You may wish to use the new presentation and session organization tools to post a session proposal and search the already submitted abstracts. You can reach out to new attendees and find participants to add to an incomplete session.

- To submit a Proposed Session:
- Log-in to the AAG site using your AAG ID.
- Click the “Submit/Edit Abstracts & Sessions for 2008 Annual Meeting” link.
- Click on the “New Post” button and follow the directions to complete the online form.
