2010 AAG ANNUAL MEETING
April 14-18, 2010 –

Host a Group Event
All groups wishing to hold meetings, receptions, or special events in conjunction with the AAG 2010 Annual Meeting should complete a Group Event Request Form and submit it to Linda Hachero by e-mail at lhachero@conferencemanagers.com or fax at 703-964-1246.
Submission Deadline
January 8, 2010
- The contact person listed on the form will be notified by the AAG of the date, time, and location of the event. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date.
- Each group will be reponsible for all fees for its event, including food, beverages, labor, audio/visual services, and decorations.
- All group events will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel or the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
- Space is available from 8 a.m. on April 12, through 5 p.m. on April 18.
