The latest research on the connections of race/ethnicity and place will be presented in an interdisciplinary setting at the 2004 Conference on Race/Ethnicity and Place.  Paper presentations, posters, and plenary sessions fill the two-day agenda on issues ranging from changing cultural landscapes, spatial immigration patterns, diversity in employment, disparities in health and housing, to race/ethnicity and place in educational curricula.
