Screen a Film

Anyone interested in screening a film in conjunction with the AAG Annual Meeting should submit a completed Film Screening Request Form to Linda Hachero by e-mail at lhachero@conferencemanagers.com or fax at 703-964-1246.

  • Forms will be accepted until February 28, 2009; however, in order to guarantee inclusion in the conference program, forms must be received by January 30, 2009.
  • Please review the conference schedule before selecting your event date.
  • The contact listed on the form will be notified of the details, including date, time, and location, by the conference manager.
  • Film events will be held at The Riviera Hotel.
  • Organizer(s) must pay the appropriate registration fee to participate in the annual meeting.
  • A fee of $200 will be charged to cover the audio visual equipment costs.
